সংস্কৃত প্রচার প্রকল্পের আওতায় ২০২৩-২০২৪ সালের জন্য বৃত্তির (Sanskrit Scholarship Program)আবেদন আহ্বান করা হচ্ছে। আবেদন প্রক্রিয়া সম্পূর্ণ অনলাইন, এবং কোনও শারীরিক নথি ডাক বা অন্যান্য উপায়ে প্রেরণের প্রয়োজন নেই।

Step- 2 শিক্ষার্থীর লগইন পোর্টালে সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রতিষ্ঠানের নাম সক্রিয় করার পরে, শিক্ষার্থীরা লগ ইন করতে পারে এবং অনলাইনে বৃত্তির জন্য আবেদন করতে পারে।

Step 1: গাইডলাইন পড়ুন (Read the guidelines)

• আবেদনকারীদের অনলাইন স্কলারশিপ আবেদনের জন্য গাইডলাইনগুলি মনোযোগ সহকারে পড়তে হবে। নির্দেশিকাগুলি ইংরেজি এবং হিন্দিতে উপলব্ধ।

Step 2: প্রতিষ্ঠান নিবন্ধন (Registration of Institutions)

• সকল শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান (ক্যাম্পাস/প্রতিষ্ঠান/কলেজ/স্কুল) অনলাইনে নিবন্ধন করতে হবে।
• ২০১৭-২০১৮, ২০১৮-২০১৯, ২০১৯-২০২০, ২০২০-২০২১, ২০২১-২০২২ বা ২০২২-২০২৩ শিক্ষাবর্ষে নিবন্ধন করা প্রতিষ্ঠানগুলোর চলতি বছরের (২০২৩-২০২৪) জন্য পুনরায় নিবন্ধন করার প্রয়োজন নেই। তবে তাদের বিশদ আপডেট করার প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।
• সফল নিবন্ধনের পরেই বৃত্তির ফরমে প্রতিষ্ঠানের নাম প্রদর্শিত হবে।

Step 3: প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক বিবরণ যাচাইকরণ (Verification of Institutional Details)

• কেন্দ্রীয় সংস্কৃত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় নিবন্ধনের এক সপ্তাহের মধ্যে নিবন্ধিত প্রতিষ্ঠানগুলির বিবরণ যাচাই করবে।
• যাচাইকরণ আপডেটের জন্য প্রতিষ্ঠানগুলিকে তাদের প্রদত্ত ইমেলটি পরীক্ষা করা উচিত। কোনও যোগাযোগ না থাকলে তাদের স্প্যাম / জাঙ্ক ফোল্ডারগুলিও পরীক্ষা করা উচিত।

Step 4: প্রতিষ্ঠানের সক্রিয়করণ (Activation of Institutions)

• একবার কোনও প্রতিষ্ঠানের বিবরণ যাচাই এবং অনুমোদিত হয়ে গেলে, প্রতিষ্ঠানটি সক্রিয় হবে।
• শিক্ষার্থীদের বৃত্তি অনলাইন আবেদনের ড্রপ-ডাউন মেনুতে সক্রিয় প্রতিষ্ঠানের নাম প্রদর্শিত হবে।
• অ্যাক্টিভেশনের একটি ইমেল নিশ্চিতকরণ সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রতিষ্ঠানের ইমেল ঠিকানায় প্রেরণ করা হবে।
• যদি প্রতিষ্ঠানের বিবরণ নিয়ে কোনও আপত্তি থাকে তবে কেন্দ্রীয় সংস্কৃত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় ইমেলের মাধ্যমে প্রতিষ্ঠানটিকে অবহিত করবে এবং সেই অনুযায়ী পরিবর্তন করা যেতে পারে।
• সক্রিয়করণের পরে, প্রতিষ্ঠানের বিবরণ পরিবর্তন করা যাবে না।

Step 5: শিক্ষার্থী বৃত্তির আবেদন (Student Scholarship Application)

• একটি প্রতিষ্ঠান সক্রিয় হওয়ার পরে, শিক্ষার্থীরা লগ ইন করতে পারে এবং অনলাইনে বৃত্তির জন্য আবেদন করতে পারে।
• যদি ড্রপ-ডাউন মেনুতে প্রতিষ্ঠানের নাম উপস্থিত না হয় তবে শিক্ষার্থীদের নিবন্ধন নিশ্চিত করতে বা সক্রিয়করণের জন্য অপেক্ষা করার জন্য তাদের প্রতিষ্ঠান প্রধানের সাথে যোগাযোগ করা উচিত।

বৃত্তির (Sanskrit Scholarship Program) জন্য শিক্ষার্থীদের নির্দেশিকা

বৃত্তির জন্য (অনলাইনে) আবেদন করতে ইচ্ছুক শিক্ষার্থীরা নিম্নলিখিত নির্দেশিকাগুলি দেখতে পারেন: –

A) Eligibility –

এই বৃত্তি পাওয়ার জন্য, শিক্ষার্থীকে অবশ্যই উত্তীর্ণ হতে হবে পূর্ববর্তী যোগ্যতা পরীক্ষার বিবরণ নীচে উল্লিখিত হল

For Modern Stream:-

মডার্ন স্ট্রিমের অধীনে বৃত্তি প্রাপ্তির জন্য, যোগ্যতার মানদণ্ড নিম্নরূপ: –

Note :- সমস্ত আধুনিক শাখার মেধা শুধুমাত্র সংস্কৃত / পালি / প্রাকৃত নম্বরের ভিত্তিতে গণনা করা হবে। এছাড়াও সংস্কৃত/পালি/প্রাকৃত এর ঐতিহ্যবাহী ধারা বা অনার্সের উপর গণনা করা হয়।

(ক )সমস্ত বিষয়ের শতাংশ।

খ) বৃত্তির হার-

• (ক) বৃত্তির অর্থ জুলাই থেকে এপ্রিল পর্যন্ত প্রতি শিক্ষাবর্ষে ১০ মাসের জন্য প্রদান করা হবে।
• (খ) পিএইচডি/বিদ্যাবরীধি বৃত্তির জন্য পুরো তিন বছর অর্থাৎ ৩৬ মাস সময় দেওয়া হবে।
• গ) প্রতিটি কোর্সের জন্য বৃত্তির পরিমাণ:-

গ) শিথিলকরণ:

প্রার্থীদের ন্যূনতম নম্বরের শতাংশের জন্য যোগ্যতার মানদণ্ডনিম্নে উল্লিখিত বিভাগগুলি নিম্নরূপ হবে:-

• (i) ওবিসি – 55%
• (ii) এসসি / এসটি – 50%
• (iii) ঐশ্বরিক দেহ (P.H.) – 50%

• ক) এসসি, এসটি, পিএইচ এবং ওবিসি শিক্ষার্থীদের প্রয়োজনীয় শতাংশে ছাড় দেওয়া হবে।মনোনীত কর্তৃপক্ষের কাছ থেকে তার নিজের নামে জাতিগত শংসাপত্র জমা দেওয়ার পরে। পিতা-মাতা বা আবেদনকারীর পরিবারের কোনও সদস্যের নামে জাতিগত শংসাপত্র থাকবে না।
• খ) প্রার্থীদের ন্যূনতম নম্বরের শতাংশের জন্য যোগ্যতার মানদণ্ডে কোনও শিথিলতা নেই অর্থনৈতিকভাবে দুর্বল শ্রেণীর (EWS) অন্তর্গত। যাইহোক, ভারত সরকারের মতে,EWS-এর অধীনে সংরক্ষণের সুবিধা আয় এবং সম্পদ উত্পাদনের পরে পাওয়া যেতে পারে উপযুক্ত কর্তৃপক্ষ কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত সার্টিফিকেট।

ঘ) নির্বাচন পদ্ধতি –

• (i) কেন্দ্রীয় সংস্কৃত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় একটি সুপারিশের ভিত্তিতে মেধা বৃত্তি প্রদান করবেএ লক্ষ্যে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় কর্তৃক গঠিত বৃত্তি বাছাই কমিটি।
• (ii) বৃত্তি বাছাই কমিটির সুপারিশগুলি চূড়ান্ত করার জন্য জিআইএসির সামনে উপস্থাপন করা হবে অনুমোদন।
• (iii) প্রাপ্ত নম্বর / গ্রেড বিবেচনা করে মেধা প্রস্তুত করা হবে সংস্কৃত/পালি/প্রাকৃত। সংস্কৃত/পালি/প্রাকৃত অনার্স বা ঐতিহ্যবাহী শাখার শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য, সংস্কৃত/পালি/প্রাকৃত অনার্স/ঐতিহ্যবাহী শাখায় প্রাপ্ত সামগ্রিক গ্রেড/শতাংশ বিবেচনার জন্য নেওয়া হয়েছে।
• (iv) প্রাপ্ত নম্বর / গ্রেডের কাট অফ শতাংশের উপর ভিত্তি করে পুরষ্কারপ্রাপ্তদের তালিকা প্রস্তুত করা হবে পূর্ববর্তী ক্লাসগুলিতে সংস্কৃত / পালি / প্রাকৃত।
• (v) তবে শর্ত থাকে যে প্রথাগত/প্রাচ্য/সম্মান এবং এম.এ.-এর জন্য কোন শতাংশ গণনা করা যাইবে না।সংস্কৃত / পালি / প্রাকৃতকে সংখ্যার ক্ষেত্রে একটি বিশেষ বিষয় হিসাবে বেছে নেওয়া শিক্ষার্থীরাপ্রয়োজনীয় অ্যাপ্লিকেশন উপলব্ধ নয়।
• (vi) শিক্ষার্থীদের কমপক্ষে ১০০ নম্বরের প্রশ্নপত্র হিসাবে সংস্কৃত / পালি / প্রাকৃত বেছে নিতে হবে বাবর্তমান শ্রেণিতে এবং পূর্ববর্তী শ্রেণিতেও সমমানের গ্রেড।
• (vii) সংস্কৃত/পালি/প্রাকৃত ভাষায় বিদ্যাবরীধি/পিএইচডি বা সমমানের বৃত্তি প্রাপ্তির জন্য, শিক্ষার্থীসংস্কৃত/পালি/প্রাকৃত বিষয়ে কমপক্ষে ৬০% নম্বর নিয়ে আচার্য বা এম.এ পাস হতে হবে। সামগ্রিকভাবে এবং পিএইচডি কোর্সে নিবন্ধিত।
• (viii) পিএইচডি/বিদ্যাপরিধির জন্য স্কলারশিপ পুরো তিন বছর অর্থাৎ ৩৬ মাসের জন্য প্রযোজ্য হবে। সন্তোষজনক অগ্রগতি প্রতিবেদন সাপেক্ষে। পণ্ডিত ইউটিলাইজেশন সার্টিফিকেট এবং অগ্রগতি প্রেরণ করবেন গাইড এবং বিভাগীয় প্রধানের মাধ্যমে পণ্ডিত কর্তৃক সম্পাদিত কাজের উপর প্রতিবেদন প্রদান, বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়কে দ্বিতীয় ও তৃতীয় বছরের জন্য বৃত্তি বিবেচনা করতে সক্ষম করুন।

ঙ) সুবিধাভোগী

• ক) প্রতি বছর প্রদত্ত বৃত্তির সংখ্যা তহবিলের প্রাপ্যতার উপর নির্ভর করে।
• খ) সময়ে সময়ে সরকারী নীতি অনুসারে সংরক্ষণ প্রদান করা হবে।
• গ) শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের নিয়মিত শিক্ষার্থী, যারা অধ্যয়নরত তাদের বৃত্তি প্রদান করা হবে।সংস্কৃত/পালি/প্রাকৃত বর্তমান ক্লাসের পাশাপাশি আগের ক্লাসেও একটি বিষয়।
• ঘ) অগ্রাধিকার হিসেবে ঐতিহ্যবাহী/প্রাচ্যের শিক্ষার্থীদের শতভাগ আবেদনকারীকে বৃত্তি প্রদান করা হবে।সংস্কৃত/পালি/প্রাকৃত (যারা সংস্কৃত/পালি/প্রাকৃত মাধ্যমে সংস্কৃত/পালি/প্রাকৃত অধ্যয়ন করছেন)।
• ঙ) এরপর সংস্কৃত অনার্স এবং এমএ সংস্কৃত শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য বৃত্তি বিবেচনা করা হবে।আধুনিক ধারার, যারা সংস্কৃত অধ্যয়ন করছেন।

চ) ফরওয়ার্ডিং অথরিটি

• ক) বৃত্তি প্রদানের জন্য অস্থায়ীভাবে যোগ্য শিক্ষার্থীদের একটি তালিকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় কর্তৃক প্রেরণ করা হবে।
  যাচাইয়ের জন্য সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রিন্সিপাল/এইচওডি/ডিনের কাছে ই-মেইল বা ডাকযোগে।
• খ) সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রিন্সিপাল/এইচ.ও.ডি/ডিন কর্তৃক যাচাইকৃত শিক্ষার্থীর বিবরণ হইবে।
  নিম্নলিখিত সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষ কর্তৃক স্বাক্ষরিত প্রতিস্বাক্ষরিত:-
• গ) শিক্ষার্থীর যাচাইকৃত বিবরণের হার্ড কপি প্রাপ্তি সাপেক্ষে বৃত্তি প্রদান করা হবে।সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রিন্সিপাল/এইচওডি/ডিন এবং উপরোক্ত সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষ কর্তৃক স্বাক্ষরিত নির্ধারিত সময়।
• ঘ) ফরোয়ার্ডিং কর্তৃপক্ষ নিশ্চিত করে যে শিক্ষার্থীরা সংস্কৃত / পালি / প্রাকৃত ভাষায় কথা বলতে এবং লিখতেসক্ষম। সাধারণ স্ট্যান্ডার্ড সংস্কৃত / পালি / প্রাকৃত।

G) Payment Mode-

The Scholarship amount shall be released directly to the account of concerned selected students through PFMS/E-transfer/NEFT/RBI/DBT mode.

H) Other essential guidelines of the Scheme-

•  The undertaking shall be submitted by the students that they are having knowledge of Sanskrit and they are above to speak and write Sanskrit/Pali/Prakrit in Simple Standard Sanskrit/Pali/Prakrit.
•  In case of implementation of four years integrated courses/degrees as per New Education Policy (NEP)-2020, scholarships may be considered for 4 years under this scheme.
•  As per UGC guidelines, for Ph.D. students scholarships may be considered for three years, subject to availability of the funds.
•  The applicant must have obtained 60% marks (General), 55% (OBC), and 50% (SC/ST/Divine Body) or equivalent grade and no rounding of marks will be allowed.
•  Students must have opted for the subject i.e. Sanskrit/Pali/Prakrit in the present class of Study for which he/she has applied for the Scholarship. However, the grants of Scholarship will depend on the marks secured in the previous class of study in the concerned above subject.
•  The Scholarship will of the concerned Academic year tenable for one Academic year i.e.(10 months) starting from the 1st of July and ending with the 30th of April. As Scholarship is awarded only for one academic year on the basis of marks obtained in the previous examination, students have to apply every year afresh. It will not be renewed automatically.
•  The details of the student countersigned by any authorities other than the above will not be entertained.
•  No need of uploading any documents or sending by post or other means for submitting the application in online for scholarships.
•  To facilitate immediate payment, the students should open an account in any nationalized bank (preferably State Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, Indian Bank, Canara Bank, Central Bank &
• Union Bank of India) for Electronic transfer of funds. The name of the applicant and bank account name should be the same and linked with the Aadhar number (KYC) also otherwise the sanctioned scholarship will not be transferred.
•  The Scholarship amount will be payable from the 1st of July of the academic year and the amount will be released in the student’s account directly through bank transfer. The account is operated by the persons as under:-
  •  Joint account upto 12th class
  •  For B.A., M.A. & Ph.D. students the account must be operated separately in nationalized bank preferably SBI.
•  The Scholarship amount will be payable from the 1st of July of every academic year. The amount will be released directly to the account of the concerned selected student(s) through PFMS/ E-transfer/NEFT/RBI mode and an intimation letter will be sent through E-mail or By post to the concerned Vidyalaya/Institution/University for information.
•  If, a student is in receipt of any Scholarship/Monetary benefit from any other institution during this academic year, will not be considered for the award of any scholarship from the University under this Scheme. A student who accepts any remunerative job during the tenure of the Scholarship or undertakes any other course of study which does not have a component of Sanskrit will be disqualified from receiving this Scholarship.
•  Every student will be required to submit the application form in the prescribed proforma indicating interalia:-
  • a) He/She is pursuing a course of study with Sanskrit/Pali/Prakrit as a regular student for which he/she has applied for the Scholarship.
  • b) He/She is not in receipt of any other Scholarship or Stipend from any other source.
  • c) He/She is not employed anywhere.
  • d) If the student is awarded a Scholarship from any other source and/or is employed he/she will immediately inform the university through the proper channels.
•  For awarding scholarships to the students, who have joined MA after completing B.Ed. the marks obtained by the applicant in the BA class will be taken into account for the award of a scholarship provided that there is no gap in the study.
•  The student will be considered for a scholarship if he/she has undergone a course of not less than one year or two semesters in Sanskrit/Pali/Prakrit.
•  The marks obtained in Sanskrit/Pali/Prakrit as additional subjects will also be considered for the purpose of scholarship.
•  Wherever, the Marks of the Modern Indian Lanugage-1/2/3 are given in the mark sheets, Sanskrit/Pali/Prakrit language as a subject shall be indicated clearly.
•  A student should apply for a scholarship only once in the duration of every academic session.
•  Application received prior to the date of advertisement submitted offline, incomplete, filled in an old format, and separately printed will not be entertained.
•  The University reserves the right to carry out any changes in these terms and conditions as it may consider necessary. The University also reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason. The decision of the University in this regard will be final and binding.
•  In the column “State” as mentioned in the online application, the applicant is required to indicate the name of the State where he is studying.

I) General Guidelines for Ph.D./Vidyavaridhi Students /Scholars-

If a student joined Ph.D. after completing B.Ed/M.Ed./M. Phil the marks obtained by his/her in M.A. will
be taken into account for the award of scholarship further provided that:-

•  Students should take admission in Ph.D/Vidyavaridhi in regular mode only and as per UGC
  (minimum standards and procedure for award of M.Phil./Ph.D Degree) Regulations 2009/2016 and
  any other guidelines issued by the UGC from time to time, in this regard.
•  The duration of the scheme shall be for a period of 3 years and candidature for scholarship shall be
  considered in any 3 years during the Ph.D/Vidyavaridhi research period from the date of admission
  and upto the date of completion of 5 years from the joining date in Ph.D./Vidyavaridhi. The awardee
  shall devote full time to research during the tenure of the scholarship and will not be permitted to take
  any part-time/full-time assignment. He/She will not accept any other salary or fellowship or
  scholarship if offered during the tenure of the scholarship through any other source. Priority shall be
  given to those students who are not getting any scholarship from any source during the
  Ph.D./Vidyavaridhi research.
•  Merit list for scholarships for Ph.D/Vidyavaridhi shall be prepared on the basis of M.A/Acharya or
  equivalent degree.
•  Reasonable break in continues education between Post Graduation and Ph.D. shall be
  considered.
•  If the progress of the candidate is not satisfactory as reported by the supervisor/Head of the Department/Dean/Head of the research institute, the scholarship of the candidature will be terminated with immediate effect. This will not be revoked under any circumstances.
• Further, no scholarship will be provided for a second Ph.D.
